Watersley R&D Cycling Team stands for development. After the 2020 season, four of our riders made the step forward to the continental level.

It was a pleasure to see them compete on the front row of the elite women peloton! Within a strange year due to the Corona pandemic we are really proud of this result. We enjoyed watching Mischa Bredewold, Silke Smulders and Rosalie van der Wolf stepping onto the podium, being in the attack and making the races.

Within the 2021 season we tried hard to proceed with this development structure. And as it turns out we succeeded in doing so! Six riders will make the step to the continental level towards next years season:
