Losers. There are far too many of them today. People and companies losing to rules and systems. To stress. To the economy. To division. To human illogic. And to each other. And that doesn’t have to be the case. The world doesn’t have to be divided into those who win and those who lose, those who are struggling more and more.We can all win. And we win together!
We are Watersley. We are ‘the dream society’. Here, in the heart of Western Europe, we build every day towards a changing society where no one loses, because we achieve great dreams together, with and for each other. Not only the dreams of the athletes we love, but the dreams of everyone who wants to challenge themselves, others, and the world to keep getting better and make the world a more beautiful place together.
Here, everyone wins because everyone grows along with their own dreams and the dreams of others. And that’s why we are introducing a new mission today. Watersley is the physical (and digital) environment to stay in, to develop yourself, and challenge yourself, but also the passionate community of people who, with the help of dedicated partners, will together realize 1000 big dreams before December 31, 2030. Dreams of Olympic gold, a world title, but also, beyond sports, dreams of a healthy world, human care solutions, or simply growing into a new, better life. In the wheel of sport, we take all other dreams with us. Your dreams!
At Watersley, we no longer let ourselves be guided by structures, functions, status, and titles, but by the challenges and dreams of our residents, colleagues, and partners. That is our heart and soul, and we do everything for it. We organize the ecosystem of people, talent, funding, and physical spaces to do what’s necessary to realize great dreams. And we invite everyone to join us. Watersley is a ‘challenge-based community’ where everyone will win because everyone can participate fully, learn, and contribute.
To realize 1000 dreams, we need people and partners with the courage and passion to want to change and achieve something greater than themselves. New products, services, collaborations, but also new revenue and funding models are needed that do not yet exist. Watersley Dream Society, as a brand, should be a magnet that attracts everyone and shows the world how to make the impossible possible. And we need people, governments, and companies who want to join us every day. Who empathize, work with us, live with us, and invest in the 1000 dreams of Watersley Dream Society.
