Under the leadership of Team leader Grow Pim Lenssen, talent coach Boy Sanders and a team of professionals, the Watersley R&D Cycling Teams rides an international race program. Based on Watersley Sport & Talentpark, these teams are part of a unique system, where living and training are combined. With additional training programs, we are focusing on the development of the individual. Therefore, Watersley Race & Development Cycling Teams together provide a solid structure for the development of talented cyclist.

With the hills of the Amstel Gold Race, the climbs in the Ardens, and the Belgian races not far away, Watersley Sports & Talentpark in Sittard is the place to be for young, talented riders who are willing to work hard and want to develop as a cyclist. Also, the campus has multiple options for accommodation, for long and short stay.

For our Cycling Team, we’re always open for young talented riders, and to help and guide them with their development and growth to a higher level.
